In these Terms and Conditions, Activate Games Inc. and its affiliates, including the entity that operates the Activate facility (“Activate Facility”) where the Free 90-Minute Admission card is issued or redeemed, are referred to as “Activate”. Any person who holds or presents a Free 90-Minute Admission card (“Card”) is referred to as the “Card Holder”.
Supplier information. Activate Games Inc. is the supplier under these Terms and Conditions. Activate’s business address is 11-1099 Wilkes Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3P 2S2. Activate can be contacted by email at [email protected].
Consumer disclosure. The Card is a complimentary promotional card. It is provided at no charge with a qualifying 90-minute experience purchase and has no purchase price. No shipping charges, additional fees or trade-in arrangements apply to the Card. Any taxes or fees on the redeemed visit, or on anything purchased in addition to the free admission, are charged as disclosed at the time of booking.
Issuance and term. One (1) Card is issued per paid 90-minute experience booking played at a participating Activate Facility during that facility’s participation period (as set out under Participating locations), ending Sunday, November 22, 2026, regardless of the number of players on the booking. The Card is given to the guest who made the booking at the end of the experience. The Card does not create a subscription, membership, auto-renewal arrangement or ongoing commitment.
Participating locations. From Friday, October 23, 2026, the promotion is offered at the following Activate Facilities: Paradise Valley, Arizona; Culver City, California; Dublin (Hacienda Crossing), California; Oxnard, California; Sacramento, California; San Francisco (Stonestown), California; Tustin, California; Aurora, Colorado; Westminster, Colorado; Altamonte Springs (Altamonte Mall), Florida; Orlando (Pointe Orlando), Florida; Pembroke Pines, Florida; Bloomington (Mall of America), Minnesota; Roseville (Minneapolis), Minnesota; Sterling, Virginia; Seattle (Tukwila), Washington; Coquitlam, British Columbia; Langley, British Columbia; Brossard, Quebec; Calgary North, Alberta; and Calgary SW, Alberta. From Monday, November 2, 2026, the promotion is also offered at: Edmonton, Alberta (both locations); Winnipeg, Manitoba (both locations); Regina, Saskatchewan; all Ontario locations; Halifax, Nova Scotia; Baltimore (White Marsh), Maryland; and Salt Lake City (Taylorsville), Utah. No other Activate Facilities participate. Cards issued in the United States are valid at participating US locations only. Cards issued in Canada are valid at participating Canadian locations only.
Included admission. Each Card may be redeemed for one (1) free 90-minute admission for one player. The Card is not valid toward the purchase of additional time. Any time added to the redeemed visit is charged at the regular rate.
Redemption limit and use. One Card may be redeemed per person, per booking. Several players on the same booking may each redeem their own Card. The physical Card must be presented at check-in, verified by Activate staff and surrendered at redemption. Photocopies, screenshots or images of a Card will not be accepted.
Redemption period and expiry. Cards may be redeemed only from Monday, November 23, 2026 through Thursday, December 17, 2026, and only on Sunday through Friday. Cards are not valid on Saturdays. The visit must take place within the redemption period. Unredeemed Cards expire after December 17, 2026, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, extended or redeemed after expiry, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Activate.
Lost, stolen or damaged Cards. Activate is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Cards, and Cards will not be replaced.
Booking and capacity. The Card does not guarantee admission or priority access. Redemption is subject to availability and standard Activate booking policies, and advance reservations may be required, including any deposit required at the time of booking. Admission remains subject to capacity, operating hours, Activate’s operational requirements and all standard participation requirements, as determined by Activate from time to time in its discretion.
Excluded bookings. Cards cannot be applied to large group bookings of ten (10) or more players or to private facility bookings.
Assumption of risk and waiver. Participation in activities at an Activate Facility involves inherent risks of injury. Before a Card may be redeemed, the player (or, if the player is a minor, the player’s parent or legal guardian) must review, sign and comply with the Activate Liability Waiver, release of liability and assumption of risk agreement (“Waiver”). The Waiver is a condition of participation and applies in addition to, and is not replaced or limited by, these Terms and Conditions. If the Waiver is not signed, Activate may refuse admission, and the Card will not be treated as redeemed.
Cancellations and no-shows. A Card is not redeemed until it is verified and surrendered at check-in. A Card Holder who cancels a booking within the published cancellation window keeps their Card for use within the redemption period. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit any deposit or incur additional charges, as disclosed at the time of booking, as determined by Activate in its discretion and subject to applicable law.
Other offers and discounts. The Card cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, promotional products, complimentary admissions, corporate or group rates, employee benefits, streak discounts, lifetime 50%-off benefits or other offers unless expressly stated by Activate in its discretion.
Resale and misuse. Cards may not be sold, resold, auctioned or offered for sale. Cards that are copied, altered, counterfeit, obtained through fraud or otherwise misused are void. Activate may refuse to honour, and may confiscate, any such Card, subject to applicable law.
No cash value; refunds and exchanges. The Card has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except as expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions or required by applicable law. Receiving a Card does not change the price of, or any refund available for, the qualifying 90-minute experience.
Termination by Activate. Activate may refuse or cancel any Card for failure to comply with the rules, regulations, Activate Terms & Conditions generally or these Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation, fraud, resale or other material misuse, subject to applicable law.
Program changes and offer discontinuance. Activate reserves the right to modify, pause or discontinue the issuance of Cards at any time without prior notice. Any change will not materially reduce the benefit of Cards already issued during the redemption period without an appropriate remedy, which may include a substitute benefit of comparable value or an extension of the redemption period, as required by applicable law.
Privacy. By receiving or redeeming a Card, the Card Holder agrees that personal information will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Activate’s privacy policy.
Governing law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province or state in which the Activate Facility where the Card is redeemed is located, and the federal laws of Canada or the United States applicable in that province or state, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any right the Card Holder may have to bring a claim before the courts of their home jurisdiction, or any other right, protection or remedy available to the Card Holder under applicable consumer protection law.
Force majeure. Activate will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions to the extent the delay or failure results from a cause beyond Activate’s reasonable control, including fire, flood, natural disaster, labour dispute, government order or regulation, public health emergency, act of terrorism, or failure of utilities or third-party facilities or equipment. Where a Card cannot reasonably be redeemed as a result of such an event, Activate will act reasonably to extend the redemption period or otherwise accommodate the Card Holder.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Where permitted, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of Activate and the Card Holder.
Entire agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the terms printed on the Card and any policies referenced in these Terms and Conditions (including Activate’s Terms & Conditions, privacy policy and Waiver), constitute the entire agreement between the Card Holder and Activate with respect to the Card, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
